The system is a subset of Alousystem system 550, constructed from robust profiles mechanically griped together by polyamide bar of 20mm and has a "camera" for perimeter locking with 13mm axle and 8 mm covering area over the frame. This specification is unique compared with other competing systems.
The tipping point is that we retained all the features of the 550 with lighter profiles. Predictive replacement of ordinary 24mm polyamides with new special design 20mm polyamides which allows the creation of microchambers for greater resistance to heat transfer, is what makes the difference.
